The Source Of Fear And Doubt – The Value Of Beliefs

On your journey with the Law, especially in the beginning, you might struggle with your beliefs. You want to believe, but you can’t. Your whole life you lived with the belief, that you can’t cause anything in your life and now, you are supposed to believe, that the world is you pushed out.

Something is holding you back. You still have fears and doubts, if all of what Neville is telling is actually true or if you are just about to escape an uncomfortable truth, that you are at the mercy of fate.

Where does fear come from? Why do you doubt in the first place? What do you actually fear?

“But what I believed was true!” you might think. “My life is the evidence, that karma, destiny and angel numbers are true. My tarot readings are always on point and my dreams show me what is meant to be for me.”

Everyone in the world is using this only power, but they don’t know it. So he’s trying to bring us to the knowledge of this power and the wise use of it. It’s called– as we first quoted it– it’s called “The Pearl of Great Price.”

Now ask yourself if the beliefs you held your whole life truly served you, since they are the cause for your fears. The belief in outside forces is the reason you fear dependency on the same.

You used the Law your whole life. There was no other power deciding for you, but you assumed there would be and this illusion manifested. You never predicted a predetermined future – the events manifested, because you were convinced they would.

Your tarot readings were true, because you assumed they would be. Your dreams have as much power over your life, as you give them with your beliefs. And it was all you, who gave things to yourself – and took them again.

If you truly want to live the life of your dreams, you have to give up all what you believed.

You have to go all in – this is the price to pay. You have to give up everything, in order to get it. It might seem expensive to you, your beliefs shaped your life, your character and it might have been the only anchor in your life. But that price is nothing compared to what you will receive.

You believe in astrology? You’ve got to sell it.
You believe in numerology, in teacup leaves, in numerology and all these things? No matter what you believe in as a power to control you, you’ve got to sell it.
It takes the belief – all these beliefs – and you’ve got to sell them. No one will buy them from you! But you give them up as value-less! Therefore, there’s no price attached, no value whatsoever. But you can’t hold on to one thing you now believe in as a power that controls your life and still hope to buy the pearl of great price.

When you sell your old beliefs, you also sell your fears and doubts attached to it. If there is no destiny anymore, then there is no reason to fear the future. When you sell the belief of an outside force deciding for you, you also sell the fear to be at the mercy of it.

Sell the belief, that love is something you have to earn, and you will receive the love of a whole universe.

Sell your belief in karma and fate and you will see the power, that was always in your hands.

When I buy the pearl of great price, there is no other pearl like it. I sell all in this world to buy it. I sell all beliefs in powers other than my own wonderful human imagination. And everyone, because he has imagination and everyone can imagine and everyone can believe in the reality of his imaginal act, is free. It sets a man free.

Whenever you struggle with a fearful thought, take this opportunity to find the belief behind it. Ask yourself what force or power you fear – and sell it. When you doubt your own powers, who do you believe has this power? Sell it.

Your source of your fear to mess things up is your belief to be powerless. You fear to be not good enough, because you believe you have to earn anything in order to get it. You struggle with actions, because you believe you have to prove your own value to someone or something outside of yourself.

Sell it all and take back your own power to remember, who you really are. The “pearl” is all you ever wanted and all you will ever need. With this pearl you will live in the end naturally and you will know how to react to circumstances in the World of Caesar.

It has endless abundance, bliss and love. It is the most precious gift you can give yourself.

    Hi Nicole!

Thank you very much for everything you wrote, it’s really amazing!!

What I’m struggling with is that: when I have a fearful thought, I try to find the belief behind it. Then I find it, and try to change it to the opposite or something that I prefer. That’s OK and I understand it. But how do I know if I really transformed it? I’m also afraid that by the time I transform it, it’ll be already too late and I have to give up on my desire.
Can you please advise me on this? Is it a valid fear or just something my mind comes up with? My feeling is that it’s not possible to ‘be late’ (as our desires are waiting for us, in their perfect form, ‘creation is finished’), but still I’m a bit unsure on this point and sometimes it still causes me anxiety…

I’d really appreciate your comment on this. Thanks a lot!! 🙂

Beautiful. I really love this blog, it perfectly captures the ethereal way that Neville wrote, in his lectures and books, but it’s practical and easy to integrate and apply!
