You’re unhappy? If you say so. You’re happy? If you say so.

You can’t manifest anything? If you say so. You can manifest anything? If you say so.

You want to manifest instantly but it isn’t possible? If you say so. You always manifest instantly? If you say so.

Manifesting a specific person is harder than anything else? If you say so. All manifestations are easy and effortless? If you say so.

Other people are mean to you? If you say so. Everyone loves you even though they don’t really exist? If you say so.

You can’t manifest because of resistance? If you say so. You are God and can do anything? If you say so.

Thinking negative thoughts is bad? If you say so. Your thoughts have no affect on your desires objectifying themselves? If you say so.

You can’t meddle in the middle without delaying a manifestation? If you say so. You can do and think whatever you want and still manifest all of your desires? If you say so.

You must do a specific technique a certain way for you to manifest something? If you say so. You simply have to desire a thing and it will appear in your life? If you say so.

You’re poor? If you say so. You’re stupid rich? If you say so.

Life sucks? If you say so. Life is amazing and blissful? If you say so.

Lack exists? If you say so. There is only abundance? If you say so.

You have boring eyes? If you say so. You have the most beautiful eyes in the world? If you say so.

Beliefs are everything. By everything I mean the entirety of your thoughts, and the “reality” that you perceive.

“If you say so” has become one of my favorite sayings. I often see people debating about which technique to use or asking if they’re doing X correctly. That technique is the best one to use, if you say so. You’re doing it incorrectly, if you say so. Want to be doing it correctly? Say so!

This is why there is so much disparity between success stories. It works with people using different techniques and methods. It isn’t the specific technique that mattered, it’s the fact that they believed it would work.

As humans, we make this all so much more complicated than it needs to be. Realize that your beliefs are the foundation of everything. “Mental blockages” only prevent you from fulfilling your desires if you say they do. In fact, they only exist in the first place if you say they do.

Once you realize this, you can have quite a bit of fun with it. I just recently decided that car crashes don’t exist in my reality. I’ve never even seen one. Come to think of it, I don’t even know what a car crash is. I also decided that paper towels don’t rip in half no matter how wet my hands are. Why? Because I said so. I now realize I’ve become my mother. You don’t need a reason why, you saying so is enough of a reason!

In Genesis 1:3, when God said “Let there be light”, did It explain why, or question it, or worry about it? No, and “there was light.” How? It didn’t turn on a lightbulb. It’s because It said so.

The moral of the story is to make your own rules! This is YOUR reality; you can do WHATEVER you want! You want to be happy? Say you are happy, and then you are happy. Ignore anything that says otherwise, as if it doesn’t exist, and then it doesn’t. Want your eyes to shine like the sun? If you say so.

Your beliefs are everything. Of course, that’s only true if you say so. Personally, I like the idea, so it becomes true, and I go from there. Try it out, see what happens, and let me know!

Can you elaborate on the car crash topic? You just assumed and affirmed that “car crashes don’t exist” or how did you do that?

Good article but love the “about the author”, yes you are all that! Always look at the “about the author” before I read any article….lol. PS: The pearl of great price is practically the only Neville lecture one needs to grasp and accept! Great work!

I just love how you wrote this article because it plainly speaks the TRUTH!!! “Be it done unto you according to your beliefs.” Since we are each an individual manifestation of the one true God with the same powers, then we can each totally create our own world however we desire – we each make our own rules/beliefs! Simply Brilliant!!! Thank you so much for writing and sharing this piece of wisdom with us.

It’s not only us “human learners” who make it “messy”, I see it’s the “teachers” as well. I notice some make things very confusing and of course..then have something to sell lol.

All under the “internet marketing” Goddard style umbrella i guess!

Thanks for your clear/crisp writing..and yes…I SAY SO.

Loved the article. And all of it is so true. All of what we believe and state as reasons of not being able to manifest are infact nothing but our limiting beliefs.

I agree with your general theme in this article. However I take issue with the way you frame denial, and it is commonly misunderstood. As Neville says in lesson one of the Five Lessons: “By saying it does not exist, you make it all the more real.” You are still very much in the reality of car crashes, utterly proven by your knowledge and usage of the term, receiving a comment from one who has indeed been in a car crash. If you truly want to manifest a reality without them, withdraw your attention from all but your I AMness and feel into a world of perfect automotive safety. But if you’re still on this comment thread talking to me about car crashes, reading about them in the news, hearing friends talk of ones they’ve had, well then you’ve not really done it. It was a change of mood but not a true change of consciousness.

      Kelly,

And there are other NG teachers who suggest NOT to ignore “reality” bcuz it is a mirror to help identify how you are currently using imagination–since imagination creates reality–ignoring it keeps us from that awareness that WE CHOSE IT.

Interesting how each person “uses” and “digests” this “stuff”–all differently

I understand his wanting to “play” with this…lots of folks play with it in different ways–that resonate with their imagination.

Paper towels that don’t “rip” when wet? That could be interesting:) 🙂
